IT'S OFFICIAL! We will be offering $1,000 to buyer at closing as a "Use as you Choose" for upgrades, updates, closing costs, whatever!. AND, if you have a buyers agent, we will give them a $250 gift certificate at closing to the grocery store of their choice! We hope to see you soon!
